great Neighborhood Loopz with Joel 10.5 mi 02:08 12:11 pace

Goal of this run was to never be breathing hard, mission accomplished. The way I'm going to be able to really build volume is to take it slow and easy and concentrate on keeping form. Was going to do 13, but I called it at 10.5 because my quad was pulling a little and back was stiff and I have to do it again in 2 days. Weights tonight, then rest up for a full half ironman distance bike/run brick on Sat!
