Did 3x1 fast-ish off each bike segment. 1st - 9:24, 2nd - 9:04, 3rd - 9:14 (getting dark and couldn't really see). Great workout tonight even if I didn't feel 100% and had to navigate the cable dude fixing our stuff in the middle of all this!
