Good run. Eating a big dinner the night before long runs is definitely the way to go, I felt really energized even by the end. Did get a bitty blister though. Also fell, and my gymnast's instinct kicked in and I just rolled over my shoulder and kept on going, didn't miss a step or hurt myself. Yay!
And, I'm pretty happy with the time especially because it includes warmup and cooldown walking.
