Nice easy morning workout. 30-ish mins DDR nonstop course and then 15-20:
-Lat rows
-Bicep curls
-Shoulder curls
-Tricep extensions
-Lat rows
-Chest flys
-Leg lifts
-Leg kicks
-Abductors
-Adductors
-Calf stretch
-Heel kicks
