Kinda failed at it being a true tempo run but I definitely ran the 20 mins FASTER than I usually do. I walked then jogged 5 mins then ran about 10 at what I thought was tempo then had to slow down for a few, then ran the rest of the 20 at tempo. So about 17 mins with a 3 min break. My tempo pace even with the slowing was about 8:20, which is plenty fast for me (since I want to try and do 25 flat in the 5k).
