    great Above 2 MPH (?) 1025 m 00:19 30:24 pace

How is it that after a swim my legs just feel so good. Magic! My swimp3 player died and I got a little bored, so I swam something like sets. Sorta.

Had designs for running before work, but it didn't happen, so a lunch run it was. This is the last 70s and sunny day for a while so while it was a little warm, I enjoyed it. Although mid-50s... read more

Yeah, I'm not a fan of 70+ in January...I like the cold, damp days...even if my RA does not.

  10. swim
    great Recovery Swim 1200 m 00:25 33:31 pace

Nice easy swim to get the legs working again. I left my garmin on the table so distance is estimated but I know I was going a little slower than normal. Love swimming after a long run.

Yeah, I think you are in what I call the "doldrums" stage of running. Your body says no at first but then relinquishes to the running & it gets better. Once you get past this stage it really does get better. Forewarned though - they can and do come back from time to time. Solid miles Leah!
