      Patience in not a common trait amongst (yes I made up a word) endurance athletes - especially those who tend to take all 3 of the hardest ones and combine them into a single event. So "tri" to be patient and let the body heal. Rock on Leah and be Patient.

  20. Well, the chiropractor put me back into place and suggested I take a few days off running... so a 4 week streak it is. :) Enjoying my first day off since Dec 27th!
