    First day in a while getting up and going to the gym. It was actually kinda nice once I separated myself from the covers! Definitely nice knowing that when I'm off work, I can just go home and relax!

    Since Joel's counting it I will too. Walked to and from the kite festival today, plus around a bit. Also, a decent arm workout keeping the kite up in the air for over an hour. Hey, they all don't have to be serious-face workouts, right?

    My heel is still thrashed so I stayed off it. Did the circuit my new resistance band (6 arm and leg workouts) + some ab work x2. Hope my feetsies feel good enough tomorrow for some cardio!
