      I can totally imagine alllll of this, including the thought "intervals?" Haha. 25 minutes is 25 minutes. When you get to swim outside with a friend I say it's worth it.

      DAYYAM! You swam in open water this AM? You are a certified BAD ASS Leah. I couldn't stick my hands in the pool for very long b/c the cold water was killing me. Dang!
