    4x400m sprints @ 1:58 per, 400m recovery, 1 mile warmup and cooldown. 3 months ago this would have been a fairly challenging workout. Today, it's baby stuff. :)

    Last "long" run before the race next weekend. Started out thinking I'd take this one easy but all of a sudden I decided pace mattered to me today so I went for it. Felt great on rested legs!

    Good moderate cardio and lifting heavy things session. At least this time I didn't get so sore I woke up in the middle of the night in pain!

    Blew off my gym weights/arc trainer workout planned and just went to adult skate night instead. My legs definitely feel like I did something!

    4x800 @ 4:02, 400m recovery between, 1 mi warmup and cooldown. Was feeling a little weird today, but I had no problems getting through this at all. Yay!
