    Did 10 minutes of cardio before class and doubled my calorie burn from last week according to my heart rate monitor. Good to know. Class was good today. Definitely feeling it now.

      Yeah, the squat track was kind of insane. I think that getting my heart rate up before we started was the big difference though.

      ooh yea the new body pump release has an awesome leg track! its those half up/full down squat thingys that you repeat for like 16 counts that gets me...good to know about the cardio beforehand, too!

    Yesterday was "lift heavy" day according to my trainer. Bench press, incline leg press, alternating dumbbell press, rows. Assisted pull ups and push ups to finish up.

    I ran my normal route and decided to leave the Garmin at home. Wore my HRM instead and tried to keep my heart rate around 160. I enjoyed the run. I should do that more often.
