      Great work in the yucky air. We're supposed to trust that these workouts in the hot humid air will help us in cooler weather but it's so hard to picture that while you in this sauna.

      Looks like you should have swapped yesterday's workout for today. That one looked tough in the humidity! Is it my imagination or are you cutting back on some spinning? ;p I think it's a fabulous idea, by the way, and I hope it works out great for you! Are you doing Steamtown?
