Ran 1.5 mile warmup at 5.0, then did 2 minute pyramid sprints with 1.5 minutes in between at 3.5. pyramid was 5.2-5.4-5.6-5.8-6.0-5.8-5.6-5.4-5.2. The rest was warm up and cool down.
