good Stationary upright bike @ gym 8.5 mi 00:32 15.9mph pace

Did a hill workout on the upright stationary bike at the gym today for 30 minutes, 2 minute cool down. Alternated between levels 4 and 8 for the rolling hills. I get a really good sweat on when I'm on this bike! My heart rate every time I checked it was 155+ BPM
