    1.5 mile run between 5.4 and 5.8 - stomach felt horrible. Ended up stopping and walking a mile at 3.5 and 6.0 incline. Had 1/4 mile warmup and cooldown at 3.5 as well

    Good run - only had 5 hours of sleep, so I didn't push it too much and came in a minute under my 5K PR time. I never felt too tired or like I was pushing too much the entire run.

    Easy elliptical workout this morning. My legs were feeling tired from my run yesterday, so didn't want to push it too much.

    2 mile run before work on the treadmill, ranging between 5.2-5.6 the entire time. 1/4 mile warm up and cool down.

    Ran 1.5 mile warmup at 5.0, then did 2 minute pyramid sprints with 1.5 minutes in between at 3.5. pyramid was 5.2-5.4-5.6-5.8-6.0-5.8-5.6-5.4-5.2. The rest was warm up and cool down.

    Took it very easy on the elliptical tonight, because I'm still sore from my bootcamp this past weekend. Set it on the random setting and just went at a comfortable pace - nothing too crazy.

    Great elliptical workout at the gym! Forgot my kindle, so I just put on some music, set it on random. It was boring, but I high-tailed it for 30 minutes, then cooled down for 2 minutes.
