As Ted says on his podcast, what a beautiful day. OMG, it was gorgeous out there today. I got out earlier & was rewarded with no humidity & even cooler temps than yesterday. Sweet:)!! Ran the fartherest I've run since NYC today. Covered 6.55 miles in 1:08:46, did the walk/run at a 1:3 ratio, so I did it 17x, so 17min of this workout was walking. Legs felt really strong out there today. Also, covered some parts of training routes I trained on for NYC. So nice to be out running the routes again:)!!

    E, I'm leaning toward running the Caumsett 5K on Mon June 28th. Thinking I could do it with a 1:3 walk/run ratio. But regardless of the race, sushi & beer afterwards is a MUST:)!!!
