Well my sweetie (paramedic firefighter) was up most of the night tending to 911 calls ~ injuries from car accidents & the sick, so I look forward to our long bike ride now rescheduled for tomorrow. In light of this, I started my day with yoga & walked 7 mi. Enjoy your spectacular Sunday!!
