Chest/Back - one hour weight training, then 45 minute spin class, topped all off with yoga stretch & core work. I zapped the 0 ~ estimating spin distance. There are no indicators on the stationery bike in class. It usually takes me 40 min to go 8 miles outside and I was going a lot faster.
