      Hey kids - I"ve dropped off for a while - my MacBook is in the shop and I'm doing a lot of travleing with my boys - we just got back from Massachusettes - in the a.m. we are headed out to N.C. -
      I'll be back in action when I get home in a couple of weeks - peace and good running my fine running peeps!

      Hey you fabulous people -
      Chris, yeah- I'm teaching out of county this week - an arts program on the eastern shore - fun!
      Immensely talented students -
      Dorm life just isn't what it used to be in college - different beast!
      Ray - I got lost on the shady side of town - it was a bit nerve wracking - but I think it helped my pace - really! hee hee

    Biked 7 and ran 7 - lots of fun on the most beautifully perfect day - no humidity and hovering around 80 with a fabulous breeze.

    Fine recovery - a tiny bit stiff in the ankles - never felt it there before -
    loving the early sunlight and the i-pod-less runs - NEVER thought I'd say that -

      I don't use an ipod for the most part (ignore the fact I broke it last year and haven't replaced.:) I found I went to highs and lows when I wanted to use. In general, my mind clears and enjoy the run without the distraction. Nice 101 Leigh!
