Legs were pretty dead after lifting but loosened up enough after a half mile or so to do a mini progression run. Started off at 8:20 and slowly bumped up the speed until was running just under 7:30. Today was my first tough workout since the marathon and it felt good to push!


I can't imagine how hard the first run after a marathon must be. Sounds like you were able to get through it just fine though! :)
