Today's run was really tough. Legs have been killing me all week, so I set out with the goal to just push and "see how things go." Once I saw that the second mile was sub-7, I told myself to keep pushing, one mile at a time. In the end, I ended up running even faster than the planned tempo run I was going to do in the first place.
1 mile warm-up
Miles 2-6: 7:15, 6:41, 6:40, 6:47, 6:33
1.5 mile cool down
Almost 2 hours later and I'm still feeling nauseous. Sign of a good workout, right?? ;)
