good Sleepy Seven 7 mi 00:54 07:42 pace

As much as I complain about the slow, sluggish starts to my morning runs, I have to admit - after 3 - 4 miles when my legs FINALLY wake up, it feels pretty awesome! ...and at least it means I negat... read more

alright Smith Hill 7 mi 00:51 07:20 pace

Slept horribly last night, which meant that it was so hard to get out this morning - and even once I did, my legs just didn't want to move. Had to work hard to get my pace under 8:00/mile. Too... read more

  3. RUN
good East Side 5 mi 00:42 08:21 pace

Legs were tight and tired today. Took it easy and kept it short. Even though it wasn't the most effortless run in the world, it was one of those days when I just felt happy to be out running.

  4. RUN
good East Side 18 mi 02:22 07:51 pace

Finally did that long run! Spent miles 2-8 having to go to the bathroom (lovely) so stopped at the gym and then figured I'd hop on the treadmill for a few miles while I was there. Then ran 5 h... read more

  5. RUN
    good Downtown 4.1 mi 00:34 08:17 pace

Short and sweet. Though today was the hardest I had to work to drag myself out of bed yet. At least I got to see an awesome sunrise over downtown. Made it all worth it.

  6. RUN
good Smith Hill 6.3 mi 00:49 07:45 pace

Legs are tired and the novelty of getting up early to run is starting to wear off a little bit. Hoping that it gets easier the longer I do it.

We definitely should! I had an ART (active release technique) session today at the chiro that was fabulous! She thinks 4-5 more sessions and I will be as good as new.
