TST - awkward 3100 m

You know those runs you have when your rhythm is off, you can't get comfortable, and things are just out of whack? Today's swim was like that. I didn't feel tired, I just felt as though my arms and legs did not want to coordinate. I'll take that as I a sign that I may actually be improving my swim technique and I was a bit off today.
