Nicely done tackling that hill at the very end!! I can only imagine if I were in that situation the amount of dread I'd be feeling to learn you'd have to run up that beast. I hate hills, but I always feel pretty great about them AFTER lol

I do that same interval sequence when I need motivation to get running. Halfway through it's either fun, or just gratifying to know you got yourself to work when you didn't want to. Nice run!
