You will rock it! What happened to that 8:45 pace we talked about? Lol. I may need someone to maybe do some long runs with if I choose to do the Fox Cities full....

Oh my. I am so shocked and saddened to hear this. I know how hard you worked for this. I am also so thankful that you will be OK. There were a lot of people not doing too well today, so you are not alone. This is so frightening. It flashes me back to my brother ending up in the hospital from the 2012 Packers 5k. He had a seizure - he doesn't have seizures! - due to the heat, dehydration, and a reaction to medication. Please take it easy and be good to yourself. I am so sorry

Kurt, the good thing is you stopped before you body made you stop. I know you trained hard for this race, you had a great Oshkosh half and that can not be taken away from you! Great job buddy!

I'm glad you're ok Kurt. Running is great but we all need to take a step back and know when to call it a day. Good decision.

Great run this morning Kurt! The weather was perfect for running compared to the heat we had last Saturday. My legs felt good too and I think only running 3 days last week and no speed work really helped. Have a great weekend!

Lookin' good! My husband and you are both hoping for cool weather! This would definitely be a terrible year for a random hot day with all the cool weather we've had - but my bet is - the cooler weather will stick around for another 2 weeks!

Nice miles today Kurt and still a great overall pace. You've been logging alot of good miles so fatigue could be a factor. Good idea to rest the legs a little the next couple weeks...I know I am.
