      Shelly, I just become a couch potato, usually try to get out early and then spend the rest of the day parked in front of the TV. World Cup isn’t too bad, but the Tour is kind of like melatonin I watch for awhile enjoy it, close my eyes and they only have about 15 Km left in the race, it’s all good.
