    Took the last 4 days off from running... I think it has actually helped my back to heal... looking forward to the Cabin Fever 5K tomorrow!!!

    Ran 2.8 miles. The back was feeling better today after having it worked on yesterday, but it was still a little sore. I'm going to keep stretching and should be fine for the saturday workout.
