  1. walk
    Campus 0.5 mi

Didn't make it out the door for running today. Too much to do. But got in a nice 1/2 mile earlier in the day.

  2. walk
    Around campus 3 mi

The past three days, I walked a mile each day in my VFFs to get accustomed, but I kept forgetting to get on here and log the miles. Tomorrow I hope to have my first jog in them. I'll keep it under ... read more

  3. walk
    Victor Ashe 0.5 mi

The weather has finally been in the manageable range for a while, so I'm trying to get back outdoors and exercise again like before. As a 'back to exercise' present, I bought myself some VFFs! This... read more

  4. swim
good Swimming at the school's pool 00:30

Easing myself back into the heat after a couple unbearably hot weeks. Took it nice and easy in the pool and enjoyed not completely frying in the sun. :)

  5. walk
    good Victor Ashe 00:15:00

The weather cooled down after a storming yesterday, so I jumped at the opportunity to get out. Wanted to go for a run, but my puppy needed to get out too, so we just walked around the park.

  6. I'm going crazy just sitting around the house, but there's not much else I can do. The heat index, even in the middle of the night, rarely gets below 85. Needless to say, it's miserable here. I jus... read more

  7. swim
    good Apartment pool 01:30

This was spent mainly playing and not swimming but was a nice way to workout without being overcome by the heat.

  8. FIT
    Random assortment 02:00

Once again, not the typical workout, but it's what I could do today. I've been doing all sorts of household chores (scrubbing, folding, organizing) and it's really given me a full body workout. I a... read more

  9. walk
good Victor Ashe 1.34 mi 00:19 14:10 pace

I HAD to get out of the house, but the heat index was around 110, so I decided walking would be the best choice. I didn't quite feel like dying of a heat stroke today. Maybe I'll go to the pool tom... read more

  11. walk
    great Around the complex 00:20

In between the storms, my puppy and I were able to get out for a little walk. It felt nice, but the heat sure does make me tired. I'm hoping to make it out for a run tomorrow, weather permitting!

    great Apartment pool 01:15

Nice swimming workout before the rain hit. My mom and I did all sorts of silly things to get all of our muscles working. It was nice to really change things up and have some company on a workout!

  13. I'm back from vaca and my mommy is in town until tomorrow. I'm going to try to get in a workout tomorrow, but it might have to be indoors as rain is forecasted all day long.
