Pretty good run this morning. We ran 4.5 miles for warm up. Then ran a little over 4.5 mile mix of hill/tempo. For the most part we stuck to a little under marathon pace. Here's the splits for the hill/tempo run.
Mile 1 - 9:15
Mile 2 - 9:27
Mile 3 - 8:56
Mile 4 - 8:56
Last 3/4 mile - 5:45 (7:33/mile pace)
Now to try to get my car to start and take it to be fixed! Joy!
