We did a little more of a core-centric workout today rather than leg-centric. We all ran on Saturday morning and then ran hills in Clermont on Sunday. So, we gave the legs a little bit of a rest. Here's what we did:
Circuit 1 (x3):
Woodchoppers (10 each side)
Rotating Knee Lift w/ 5 lb weight (10 each side)
Big Circles w/ 5 lb weight (10 each direction)
Circuit 2 (x3):
Hip abduction (lower weight - 20 reps)
Hip adduction (lower weight - 20 reps)
Back extension w/ 10 lb weight (15 reps)
Circuit 3 (x3):
Leg Raise Circles (10 each direction)
Plank
Side Planks
Toe Touch Crunches (20 reps)
Boat Pose
