      I actually had to hold onto the gates for a second because I felt tipsy. This even after I forced myself to drink at every aid station but it still got to me. Good thing for the Coke at the end or I mighta lost it.

    Focused on form this morning and made an effort to maximize my push off from forefoot and to lean slightly forward. My speed always improves when a hard heel strike doesn't soak up my energy.

      Have you tried running in the Altra's they really help my form because they are a zero drop and I don't heel strike.
