    .4 of this was warm up on treaddy, mostly 12 minute miles..a few ups and downs. And a bit of walking in the last mile as I died a slow treadmill boring death.

    Walk/Run Intervals, walked 3.8 mph and got progressively faster on run, every other minute..Hot, SWEAT, RED at the end. :) Keep going KP~
