Trainer Day :D 1.75 mi

Warmed up with 1.75 mile walk/run and then it was off to doing a whole bunch of awesome skull crushers, bicep curls, bench presses (with free weights), squats, and ab work with my amazing trainer. She definitely gave me a workout today! I am so sore (but in the amazing kind of way) haha.

It's so nice to get back into having someone help me with my weights training. I always push so much harder when someone is there to watch me haha :D
