Jeff and I did the Four a Day trail today. Climbed up C1,2,3 also, with a nice pace. Felt like I am getting back in shape, a felt a lot better than I did last week. We had a lot of fun!

Took the dogs up to Kings Canyon and did a nice hike with Jeff. Dogs got to run free and it was a nice warm day. Lots of fun!

Felt kinda yulky today so we did a nice slow cruise of the West side, climbing a little bit of Kings Canyon. It was a bit warmer today so that was really nice.
