    First bike since last July. Hip was a tiny bit cranky for the first mile but was fine after that. Super windy going one direction.

    1800m, 250 pull, 1500m swim, 50 pull. Yeah, not fast, but I was pleased I was able to swim 1500m with no aids!

    My distance sensor is still all messed up inside so I'm estimating. Lots of lightning when I got home from work so I rode inside, pretty easy.

    Legs were heavy, but it wasn't too bad.

    3x (200 pull, 200 swim); then 400 pull. Started off ok, but slowed quickly and was swimming slow enough that the outdoor pool was cold so I ended at 1600 instead of 2000m. felt good to swim though.
