    Not bad.... not bad. Hot and muggy out, but the best part? Ran the whole thing, no walk breaks. Slow, but steady. Yay!

      This was cramping weather, for sure. Glad you got your mojo back! I know how you feel, I've been a bit drained lately too. I've shifted my focus a little to shorter distances and it's helped take some of the pressure off.
