    before the kids got up: 50 bicep curls, 45 tricep dips, 50 back flys, 25 squats with rows, 2 min plank, 200 various ab moves (russian twists, bicycles, pilates stuff)

    Super duper slow but I got it in. And felt pretty good. I think the ice bath was a good decision yesterday. 44 miles in two days ain't too bad

      Nice work, Kristine! I plan to get the next 3 days of 10 each, we'll see, but gotta get that quad training in. It's always a good thing to ice soak in the Puget Sound! : )
