    First run with the cast. I never knew my thumb could get sweaty. Yuck!! First run in about a week bc weather has been too crappy for running with the cast. I've missed it!

    This felt great! Running 1/2 mile before walk breaks on the way out. Got slammed in the face by cold wind on the way back, so only .25-.3 before walking. :/
