      I was thinking about this today. I would have to be done by 645 but I have a membership at the rec center in Nampa so I could shower there before I head to work. I think when my membership is up I am going to get one at anytime fitness just so I can use the shower after trail running no matter which clinic I work at. lol

    Just a Sunday stroll at Around the Mountain. My lungs and heart are still pounding from Palisades last Saturday plus the smoke is back! Still no place I'd rather be :)

    It's been super smokey in Boise the last week. Today was clear blue skies and about 10 degrees cooler! Perfect day for a recovery run from my 50 mile attempt last Saturday.

    Another good Crossfit workout I can do at home. I don't have a kb so I use a 25lb dumbell.

      It's weird because I felt good as in, my legs. It was just such tough terrain and I didn't feel good over 9000' so I didn't make the cutoff. I honestly felt trained enough to do 20 more miles.

    great Taper Month 8 mi

    I had a big race on the 14th and another one coming on the 28th. I have been a mess all month with hardly any exercise! I took a very leisurely 8 mile hike up to stack rock with a couple friends.

  16. Taper week has been fun! No miles but lots of homework and yardwork! Can't wait for BH this Saturday! It will be great to be back on the course after missing last year.
