great Back, Delts and Abs. Superset

4 sets of Each:
Inverted Push Ups. 15 - Used 5 step boxes
Single Arm DB Overhead Press 10 Reps- 30 pd DB
Wide Grip Pull Ups -10
DB Lateral Arm circles- 15 w/ 10 pound weights. I SUCK at these.
Lat Pulldowns 8 -90 pounds
Incline Abs. Full tilt, baby- 20 straight and then 20 on each side -obliques. Hand to ground.
Plank. Hand to Elbow -20
V Ups 15
