1000M ROW_ Pretty Sure I am in LOVE with that machine

Ball Squats with 20 pound ball for Warm Up

WOD: 5 Rounds

10 Thrusters- bar plus 20 pounds- 35 total
10 Knee to Elbow
10 Sit Ups
10 Back Extensions

A good friend and fellow tri coach started up a Crossfit gym and so I decided it was time to go. Beautiful Gym.

I had a hard time keeping my elbows up on the thrusters because I am not use to that position but I finally got it. That bar sitting on my neck makes it a lighter load, just odd at this point. I will get it. Ass to floor every time I squat though and I am proud of that.

Knees to Elbow went well. I actually had knees to wrist a lot and that was all good too. Tucked my knees in between my arms until the last set when Jase said it was easier to go outside my knees. Well....NOW ya tell me!

Shaking a bit light- headed after this and had a lot of fun.

I will try this Daily Mile thing again. Abbey said it would be a good way to keep me motivated and she is most likely right. I struggle with making sure I am doing my workouts for ME though and not all the RAH RAH. Keep my head in check, if that makes any sense. Make Yourself, baby.

    Ultimately you are doing the workouts for yourself. Nothing wrong with enjoying a little RAH RAH for all your hard work!! So here goes...."RAH RAH SIS BOOM BAH! Who's my bad ass sister in law? I'ts you, It's you" hahaha. Sorry. I will have to go try Crossfit with you sometime.
