Tried to up weight to 35 for the squats.I could do it but not all the way down. So, back down to 30. Then the usual, tricep dips, shoulders (8 in each hand. Sounds easy but it's not) chest press 20. It all seemed hard. Thinking I should stay at this weight and maintain and not try to build during marathon season. We'll see. Last year, I tried to build and was too sore to run and then stopped lifting completely and that's just wrong.
