      Nice run! Surgery is no fun and even if it was laproscopic, healing takes some time. Take good care of yourself and don't rush it - you will be adding miles very soon.

      Take care of yourself Kristina. I had that same surgery about 6 years ago, and what a difference in life it has made! I was in terrible pain all the time. Now it's almost as if it were never there. I hope it works as well for you. It's amazing how much energy it can zap from you! Sounds like you are recovering well~
