    Took a really easy spin out and around my neighborhood and Staley High School just to loosen the legs up. Felt good. Did not pay attention to pace at all and never got into the aero bars.

    Hot & hilly!! Doubled back a couple of times (not on the hills) to get my mileage to 70. Probably won't do this route again anytime soon, too many rude motorists south of Edgerton.
