      Ah, sounds like you'll have no problem. A 11:59:00 would be a 14:23 pace roughly, so I think you can do it. :]

    Almost crashed mid run, but then the rain perked me up and got me back on pace. Hope I don't regret that distance tomorrow, but still no aches or pains so far.

      Only from my shoe pinching it. Loosened up as I ran, but both feet/ankles are swollen. Left more so than right. Only started this evening.

      I think swelling like that would follow naturally from being on your feet for as long as you were but I'd play it safe and go see a sports physician.
