I was kind of dreading this one. Went back and looked and it's been 7 weeks since I did any kind of speed work! It didn't go too bad once my legs figured out what I was trying to get them to do. 1 mile warm up, 3 x 1 mile repeats @ 7:38, 7:29, and 7:27 pace, with half mile recovery inbetween, 1 mile cool down.


So funny, I was just thinking about your mile repeats yesterday! My plan only calls for 800's, but I thought I may have to run some mile repeats too! Nice work!!!
