great Recovery Plan: Mile repeats 6 mi

1 mile warm up, 3 x 1 mile repeats at marathon pace, 3/5 minute jog inbetween, 1 mile cool down. The running gods smiled on me today and calmed the wind down just long enough for me to get my run finished!
