1 mile warm up, 3 x 1 mile repeats at marathon pace, 3/5 minute jog inbetween, 1 mile cool down. The running gods smiled on me today and calmed the wind down just long enough for me to get my run finished!


Sometimes everything just falls into place, even the weather :)
