great Easy run 5 mi 00:48 09:32 pace
It's good to be home! I didn't get as many runs in while I was in Florida as I wanted to. However, the good news is that Dad was feeling better when I left than when I got there!

That is a terrific idea! I know it just keeps haunting me that I ran past each and every one of those victims. They were out there cheering - for me, for you, for all of us just running down the street. Such a selfless act to stand there and cheer for bunch of strangers chasing their dream. No one should have to die for that. Will I ever get that out of my head? I know I will never think of the spectators and volunteers ever the same way again.

That reminds me of the five year old who held out his hand for a high-five at around mile 24 at the UVM last year. I didn't have the strength to high-five him but I think I did anyway. I honestly don't remember if I gave him a high-five or not. I think I did but everything was a blur. This year, he gets a high-five (unless I'm close to qualifying for Boston in which case, he'll get a high-10 (Karma)).

@Julia: Give them a call 719-596-4111. Or if you want I'll be talking to them soon since they have 4 more items of mine to work on! Yes, I had that many Boston items! I thought I was only going to do it once but post 2:50 pm has changed that for me! I'm on the BQ quest again!
