      I ordered some Asics GT-2160, they were about half off and had wide width and are a stability shoe, so I figured I'd try them out. I really like them, I just hate my stupid wide feet! :)

    Amazing! Fastest 5k time on a treadmill ever, I'm usually closer to 42-43 mins on a treadmill. But I accidentally pulled the emergency stop at about 2.7 miles, so I'm not 100% sure of my time.

    Very happy with my results! First 5k in over a year. I ran the first 25 mins/2 miles without walking, but then took a couple quick walk breaks the last mile.

      Nice job! That's so fun that she can ride with you! Do you have to do that big hill on the north side of the lake? That thing is a killer to get back up after you've gone around the whole thing once!

      Are you talking about the one off Lake Road, like if you were leaving the lake/park area? If that's the one, we drive to the park and then go around the lake. There are some some pretty big hills around the lake for a 3yo on a bike though, lol!

      No, the hill that I'm talking about is on the opposite side of the lake from the pavilion, where the paths split and you can either keep going around the lake or you can go up the hill. You'll have to look for it and give it a try!
