    Upped all my arm weights by 10 pounds and lifted for 40 minutes, then hit the pool for 40 minutes/1000 meters. Felt good!

    I did a half an hour of weights, a half an hour on the bike and then was set to swim 800 meters but the lifeguard made us get out when I was just at 200, as they changed the lap swim schedule! Jerks.
