jealous!! If it were in the 50's 60's here, I'd be running outside already!! As it is, if it's mid 30's and not windy, I'm running outside.

hahaha, you are way more dedicated than me! I have trouble running off the treadmill - I quit way earlier than I would if I were on the treadmill :(

I ran this after an hour of MMA conditioning so felt pretty good that I could hang with it. I started out at a 5.5 pace for the first mile, slowed to 5.2 for the rest.

This was my first day back from a week off. It was hard to get started but I felt good once I got going! Afterward I went to an MMA conditioning class that kicked my butt...I felt good though.

I used to get really bad shin splints but since I got new shoes with arch support they have pretty much disappeared. I was lazy and didn't stretch after my run yesterday...back to the gym now and this time I'll make time to stretch!

Apparently I'm not very good at it! I more use the magazine to block the time/distance because if I see that I get discouraged and want to quit. So I cover it up to distract myself.
