    Ran this mile in physical therapy...first time back running and no pain! Slowly gonna get back into it after 1.5 mnths off!

    haven't ran in a week. Body felt okay but breathing wasn't that great. Hopefully to make it through the half and be under 2 hours! Really nervous for Sunday!

    First 7 good. Had to walk for a bit but still kept it under a 9:00 pace. Proud I did it bc I didn't want to do it on the treadmill but the wind advisory would have killed me outside!
