great Treadmill in fitness center 2.4 mi 00:30 12:30 pace

Pretty good. I feel like I ran more than yesterday, but in a different way. Instead of killing myself again, I ran 10 minutes (about 1 mile) took a 2 minute break (ran 10 more minutes (again about 1 mile) and took another break. For the last five minutes I walked at a brisk pace up an incline ranging from 1.0 - 4.0 incline. Not too bad. The best part is that I pushed myself without killing myself :)
