      Kristi not drinking enough water along with all the other "trauma" your body has had most definitely impacted this run. Don't let it rattle you. Just make sure you're already hydrating every day and stay confident.

      Here's the thing to do... forget about the stuff that happened between the last run and this workout. It didn't happen. Thank yourself for putting in some great P90X core work and go out and enjoy the long run and move forward. You can do it!

      I agree with Adam! I think we have to constantly reset ourselves. Life is busy, stressful & overwhelming at times, so it could be a number of different things zapping your motivation. Sometimes I have a great workout, then several really stressful, hectic days in between and it feels like a whole month has gone by, when it's only been a week! You'll feel better the instant you get back out there. :)
