Yes I know what you mean I just looked and there is lots connected to me, nothing to be ashamed of, but I suppose a reflection of the modern world. The search now gives more than before I can only assume that google search is becoming much more sophisticated.

I wouldn't exactly call this a "run" - but we continually moved forward at slightly faster than a walking pace! Tough after finishing the 30K.

Beautiful day for a race. It was a tough one, but we did it! Even ran (well hobbled) 2 more miles afterward to get our 20 for our marathon training

Hopefully, you can get out early for your Sunday run. For those who haven't experienced Utah, you can get 20-30 degree temperature swings from morning to afternoon.

Have to take another day off - having a case of dizziness. Dr. says its probably a virus as there is nothing else to account for it. Ugh.

My son couldn't ride up the big hills that last part of our route, so we walked together. I pushed his bike the last 3/4 mile.
